After 3-week hard working and debugging,we have transferred our company site huabotrading.com to a Canadian server lately.It’s been a hard decision,you know,there are too much to do in order to transfer a company site,transfer domain,modify dns,sign up with new webhost company,site building and finally upload the site to new server…

We got say that choosing Joomla as a CMS for our company site’s been the most challenging part of the job.’cause we knew nothing about joomla before we came to it,we got familiarize with its working system,frontend&backend,components,modules,plugins…What took us too long was we developed a new template for it,we made a new dress for her.

Hope it’s running well on the new server,and our team are moving to the next site,one of our product sites. By the way,it took us almost 3 weeks to finish the work,the next ones won’t be so long,we guess.

My first job-Ava Lan

As a grad student in Zhejiang Province,China, I enjoyed my whole college life. But now I am a working girl in a company. Everything is new for me. New surroundings, new workmates, new challenges…etc. First of all, I want to describe my new company. Huabo Trading Imp&Exp Co., Ltd(www.huabotrading.com) is a trading company and manufacturer of gifts and premiums, promotional items. It’s been in this line of business for more than 10 years. The information are known when I join to the company at my first working day. I am just a newly graduated student. Many cases are being learnt for me. I love this job. Because there is a young team in my company. I love this team. Almost of the team are twenties. Because I’m just 22 years old, and I’m a lovely girl. I can make friends more easily. Due to the same age stage, I think the more topics can be talked about at our spare time. Working at this company for several days, I have learnt many things. And there is one thing I want to write it down. That is choosing a right company to work for is important for people to hunt for or change jobs, especially for students who are going to graduate from school and step into society. A good company will offer more excitement, closer relationships with the coworkers and a greater sense of accomplishment. I would like to work at this style company where I can get more competitive working environment, more chances to upgrade myself and realize my own value.

The Working for My First Week-Ava Lan

As time is going, I have worked in my new company, Wenzhou Huabo Imp&Exp Trading Co., Ltd, for one week. And I sum up a few words for my job of these days. That is: looking more, asking more, observing more and thinking more. First of all, I should know some basic knowledge about my new company. For example, the first step I must know my company’s website(www.huabotrading.com), that’s the meat and potatoes. Secondly, I should ask my workmates when I run into some problems. It can help me know the company or the products better. Thirdly, I should observe my surrounding all the time. It maybe help me know more about my job and the people around me. It’s useful to communicate with my colleagues. Because the conversation can also learn many things. Finally, I must think deeply about my daily working. I should try my best to find out the shortage of my job and make effort to overcome it.
At this week, my general manager, Lee, make me know basically about our company’s background, products, developing direction, etc. His friendly guidance and easygoing attitude make me comfortable.In addition, colleagues are very enthusiastic. They patiently teach me how to use the office supplies. And they encourage me to go for it when I come across some difficulties with little confidence. I’m very delighted and moved by them. In order to be able to learn knowledge verily, I will be strict with myself. I will do my best to do everything seriously.

Yesterday was we Chinese traditional festival, the Dragon Boat Festival. It events have zongzi, rowing, etc.The festival commemorates Qu yuan who lived in the state of Chu during the Warring States period.His career was not successful.Although he worked for his country heart and soul, his king lent a ready ear to slanders instead of believing him.Furthermore,Qu yuan was exiled.Utimately,he threw himself into the Miluo River.In fact,Qu yuan was one of the greatest Chinese romantic poet and the earliest famous poet in china.He created the form of Chu Ci,also started “vanilla beauty” tradition. His representative works include Lisao,Jiuge and so on.
Today is the annual college entrance examination, this is a very important day and it determines the road after high school. Our company is located a high school opposite.On my way to work,I see many parents and students are crowded at the school gate.They are waiting for into the examination room. This is not only students’ examination, also be the parents.Although their children into the examination room, some parents still waiting outside the school gate, they are so anxious and worry.Seeing these, I can not hely but recall myself at that time.I remembered that I was terrible nervous so that I misfired the allotted time.When the score out was so surprising, I sat slumped in the ground, a month do not go out,not talk to anyone.I doubt I whether suffering from depression at this time.Three years has gone so fast,I graduated from college and take the job.I am an introvert,but my colleagues are very warm, very lovely.I want to quickly into the collective. I’m a fresh member in our company.Today is my fifth working days.
Now let’s talk something about our company and my colleagues.The company whose name is Wenzhou huabo import and export trade Co.LTD,which sales many productions of gifts&crafts.They are all high quality and low price.Besides,the materials and the sizes accept custom,you can choose your own logo,which looks terrible special.We are looking forward to building strong cooperation with you.
Further more,my co-workers are all after 85s,but elder than me.They are very ardent,lovely,talkative and outstanding.By contrast,I am just a graduate,I have no experience,many things I know nothing.So I should learn from them in many aspects.
When I remind of the interview,I’m still a little nervous.The interviewer is a capale man who left me first impression.His oral English is pretty good and I’m poor.Therefore,when I didn’t catch what he said,I feel is going to die.At that time,I could’t wait to drill into the depths.Moreover,my boss whose eyes are round and big.He is not tall and has beer belly.In addition, he is a work strict requirements employees and quitting time very interesting person.

Chinese citizens now throw bamboo leaves filled with cooked rice into the water. Therefore the fish could eat the rice rather than the hero poet. The celebration’s is a time for protection from evil and disease for the rest of the year. It is done so by different practices such as hanging healthy herbs on the front door, drinking nutritious concoctions, and displaying portraits of evil’s nemesis, Chung Kuei. The second week in May is Mother’s Day. I keep it in mind deeply. I love my mom very much. Because it is she that raised me all the time until I grow up. I must buy a special gift for her on the Mother’s Day. I was so excited that I went to the gift shop so early on Sunday. And I went with my best friend, Lily.

There were many people there when we arrived the shop. What a nice day! Because almost of them had a common purpose(as the same to me)——to buy the gifts for their dear mom. The gift shop is so large. And I spent so much time on choosing the gifts. At the end, Lily and me saw a beautiful keychain an the same time. It’s very pretty. We loved it so much when we got it at our first sight. There were some nice pictures on the keychain. It’s about describing a white sweet baby cat and mother cat.

The cute baby cat’s hand was holding tightly with her mummy and smiling happily. It just looks like my mom and me. So I bought it immediately. And I also packed the keychain with a nice small box. It looked perfect. Then I brought it home and gave it to my mom. As I knew, she liked the keychain very much. Although it’s just a keychain with low value, it stands for the whole love to my mom. First of all, or it can be the most important, we must know well about the company’s goal or objective.The goal of most, if not all, companies is to make money. The product or service provided by the company is simply the means by which that goal is (hopefully) accomplished. There are five points describing the general goals or objectives of a company.

1. To promote a profitable and sustainable business activity that meets the customers needs. The customers is the key to get success if a company wants to make more profits. So company must meet the customers’ requests all the time. It’s most essential.
2. To increase the company’s market share. More market share is the symbol for a successful company.
3. To gain the competitive edge. To fulfill the customers’ needs, we should catch the pace with market demands. And sometimes the innovations is necessary.
